Richard Moody (IamMoody.com) to Produce Sheila Mossberg’s
NONTOXIQUE NYC Fashion Week Celebration
Hosted by BMW of Minnetonka August 25, 2010
Minneapolis, MN August 11th, 2010—Minneapolis’ Sheila Mossberg’s NONTOXIQUE is quickly becoming a popular national beauty brand. The eight-month old “natural, eco-luxury brand” recently received a special invitation to participate in NYC Fashion Week. To celebrate, Mossberg hired fashion and events specialist, Richard Moody (IamMoody.com) to produce an elegant, unique and memorable event to celebrate the achievement.
“This is an important time for the company, and we’re honored and excited to see that what we believe, is being confirmed by so many others. Fashion Week will allow us to gain a wider audience in which we can share our products and continue to grow, and that’s what we look forward to celebrating with our friends and supporters at this event,” states Mossberg.
To help celebrate BMW of Minnetonka is hosting a special “Green Carpet Event”. The Green Carpet Event, although focused on NONTOXIQUE, will also celebrate and highlight female businesses owners from the Twin Cities, who were recently featured in the new book, CRAVE, that spotlights local movers and shakers.
Following the “Green Carpet Event”, guests will enjoy an evening emceed by Katie Dohman, Editor of Minnesota Monthly, taking place in the state-of-the-art BMW of Minnetonka facility that opened this year. The 230,000-square-foot facility is a work of art itself, featuring three indoor showroom floors and a theater.
CRAVE restaurant will cater to guests with many delectable treats, and throughout the evening everyone will enjoy a tasty mix of “ear candy” provided by DJ Shiek. Another highlight of the evening will be the fashion show, produced by Moody, featuring designs by il Vostro Boutique, OPM, Bumbershute, Irely, Max’s, and Urban Junket.
There will also be a scavenger hunt sponsored by BMW of Minnetonka, that will give guests an opportunity to win a host of wonderful gifts and prizes. Gift bags will be handed out to the first 200 ticket purchasers and will feature samples from NONTOXIQUE, Infinity Tea House, and more.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to benefit TreeHouse, a non-profit, faith-based organization helping teens and parents during difficult times. More information can be found at www.treehouseyouth.org .
