Atlanta’s Touched By Art Event October 19th
Will Help Fund the Fight Against Breast Cancer

ATLANTA, GA October 1 /PRWeb/ -- On October 19th, The Touch Movement Inc. will present Touched By Art, a fundraiser designed to raise money for the fight against cancer.  Sisters by Choice Inc., an organization dedicated to those medically underserved with special regards to breast cancer patients, has been selected at this year’s benefit.

Artists, breast cancer survivors and fighters will donate art pieces to be auctioned off to those in attendance.  All proceeds will go to Sisters By Choice Inc. to support their operation of a full service mobile breast clinic. Sha Dixon, host of “Tips and Tea”, Comcast Channel 24, is scheduled to be the mistress of ceremonies for the evening.

The Touch Movement Inc. is a non profit organization that provides financial assistance to other organizations that work towards the fight against cancer or other life threatening diseases.  Through creative fundraisers, outreach programs, awareness projects and events, we are able to touch the hearts of many and save the lives many more. The Touch Movement Inc. believes that all it takes is one touch to make a difference,” explains Latasha Harris, a cancer survivor and the creator of this magnificent fundraiser.

The fundraiser will take place at 5 Seasons Restaurant located on 1000 Marietta St. NW Atlanta, GA from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
